Will Compassion share my details?

How can I amend my regular donation?

Thank you so much for your donations to Compassion! In most cases, we will be able to amend your regular gift for you. Please contact the Supporter Engagement Team via the details on this page. When you get in contact, please provide us with your full name, postcode, and supporter number if you know it. In some circumstances, we may need to ask you to contact your bank, card provider or PayPal, as appropriate.

I have moved – how do I change my address?

Firstly, congratulations on your new home! You can change your address details by contacting the Supporter Engagement Team via the details on this page. When you get in contact, please provide us with your full name, previous postcode, new address, and supporter number if you know it, so we can locate you on our records.

How can I stop receiving mail from you?

If you do not wish to receive information about Compassion’s work by post, please tick the relevant box on the form enclosed with any of our mailings, and return to us. Alternatively, please contact the Supporter Engagement Team via the details on this page. When you get in touch, please provide us with your full name, postcode, and your supporter number if you know it.
