Vanessa is an author and accomplished singer. Working as a freelance journalist, she has written for numerous publications including The Observer, The Sunday Telegraph and Harpers and Queen. In 1993 she began writing short stories and has since published three historical novels, the latest being "Fora's Glory". Vanessa has been an active supporter and trustee of Cruse Bereavement Care and a supporter of Compassion in World Farming's work.
